Same Day Editing (SDE) – Priscilla + Christopher

In our thought process for a SDE, we spend a lot of time planning our approach prior to the event date.  We deconstruct what we shoot into mini-stories and approach it as if it is it’s own mini-film from start to finish.  We use audio bites or related video shots, things that naturally tie together as transitions from one mini-story to another.  This tells the story giving content and brings the story to life.  We string these stories into a four to six minute SDE.  We then put the music in and adjust shots/sound bites to make sure it is matching the tempo and emotion.  Ideally, the soundtrack is enhancing the story, not dictating it.  Please enjoy this SDE.
